The Catering Company and Persimmon Ridge have partnered to promote one of the premiere venues in Louisville! If you are looking for a unique setting for your next corporate event, wedding, rehearsal dinner, or fundraiser, The Catering Company and Persimmon Ridge can cater to your every need!

 

The Catering Company is one of the largest and most sought after caterers in the Metro Louisville and Southern Indiana Areas. We have worked events as small as 10 people and up to 3,000. We have the experience and capability to make your vision become a reality!


 

 

Weddings & Special Events

All prices include white table linens, cloth napkins, Silver Dinner Forks & Knives, China Dinner plates, and Pre-Set Water Goblets.

Each bride and/or event planner is provided with their own catering event coordinator. This coordinator will work with you from the day you start planning until the day of your event.

Each event is provided with its own on-site event coordinator the day of the event.

Kentucky State Sales Tax (6%) will be added to all bills. A 20% service charge is included in the food costs. This charge takes care of paying your servers, however, this fee is NOT a gratuity.

All events will be charged a flat $240 set-up fee.

Services & Procedures

 

A Minimum of 100 guests is required for listed prices to be valid. Any event below 100

      guests may incur additional costs.

All prices are based on a 4-hour event. Events that are over 4 hours will incur additional     

    charges.

 

Service Fees & Gratuities

A 20% service fee is included in all food prices. This fee covers your server costs. However, this fee is NOT a gratuity. All gratuities are optional. Our staff appreciates any tips that you may choose to give them, but they are not required for any event.

 

Equipment

All food prices include china, silver dinnerware, pre-set water goblets, and table linens. There are no additional fees for using this equipment at any event.

 

Buffet & Plated Dinner Options

All of the prices in this menu are for BUFFET service only. If you wish to have a plated meal, additional fees will be incurred. Please talk to your event coordinator for specific pricing for your event.

 

Booking & Payments

All events require a 20% non-refundable deposit and a signed copy of the catering contract to be considered “booked”. You may pay via check or credit card for your deposit. All payments will be made directly to Persimmon Ridge Golf Course, Inc. (including deposits and final payments for catering).

 

All couples are allowed one free tasting (for a total of 2 people). Additional guests may attend the tasting for $20 each.

 

A final count must be received at least 14 days prior to your event date. Once the final count is received, a revised invoice will be sent to you and must be paid in full within 24 hours of receipt. If your event is not paid in full 14 days prior to the event date, your event will be considered cancelled” and all deposits and payments will be forfeited to The Catering Company and
